Your activity is still pretty good even if you haven't played for a while because of your PC and you haven't done anymore infractions for 3 years, but I'm voting -1 because I saw a lot of binds and caps that you did recently. One bind in particular is "my sister got stuck in the dryer and i pulled to hard - said local Florida Man" which is very inappropriate.

I suggest improving your behaviour before reapplying again.

I'm going to go with quirky here and vote -1 yes you are active and all that but your binds or what quirky has said puts out a good point, if this app does get declined I expect to see improvements and hopefully if you do have them as binds they will be removed.
